This coin commemorates the Augustus and Agrippa's victory over Marc Antony and Cleopatra. The reverse depiction of a chained crocodile symbolizes the capture of Egypt. This coin is the Sear Roman Coins & Their Values, Millennium Edition, plate coin (RCV I 1730, pg. 338). It was also owned by an actor prior to my buying it.
